PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices payable for the items you order are those displayed on this website on the date you place the order.
We reserve the right to modify prices and to cancel a contract in case of writing, printing or calculation errors.
Payment by credit card is immediately due and payable. Your credit card details will be encrypted for security purposes.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
Orders placed on our website will not constitute a binding contract unless and until we confirm it by e-mail. The data registered on this website and by the payment system constitute full proof of the order and the entire transaction.
CUSTOM DUTIES
When ordering products to countries other than those where Wonderlands originates its shipments, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are due once the merchandise reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.
DELIVERY
All orders confirmed by us will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. We do our utmost to ensure deliveries shipments within two working days after receipt of an order.
DELIVERY VERIFICATION (Lost, Stolen or Damaged items)
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the products upon receipt. Please note that we do not ship partial orders and therefore all orders are always shipped in full. Shipped items by Wonderlands are insured with the Swiss Post (Post CH AG) against lost, theft or damages. In order to place a claim it is mandatory that the incident is logged with the carrier (Postal Service - the one which delivers the goods to your address). In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and file claim with the your carrier (Postal Service) and inform us within 7 days after the delivery. Please also check the General Terms and Conditions of your Postal Service Provider for more information.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil our obligations. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural catastrophes or any others that make impracticable the production, transportation or delivery of products. In the event of delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as possible. We reserve the right to allocate any remaining product supply among customers in a fair and reasonable manner.
Without limiting the scope of this GC, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or non-delivery of products, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed. In no event shall Wonderlands be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any nature (even when the advent of such damage was known or could have been known by us), capable of arising in connection with its products and their use, sale or this website.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION

TERMINATION
This GC are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this GC at any time by ceasing from using our website.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any part of this GC, we may also terminate it at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
