The Hunger Project works to break the cycle of poverty. We believe hungry people themselves are the key to ending hunger. In partnership, we unleash their vision, commitment and leadership so they can feed themselves and their families. Our mission is to end hunger and poverty by pioneering sustainable, grassroots, women-centered strategies and advocating for their widespread adoption in countries throughout the world.
While adapted to meet local challenges and opportunities wherever we work, all our programs have at their foundation these three essential elements:
Mobilizing communities for self-reliant action;
Empowering women as key change agents;
Fostering effective partnerships with local government.
Wonderlands entered a Charitable Partnership Agreement with THP on the 5th November 2014. This is the result of a shared vision to empower communities to end their own hunger.
To date, our Partnership with THP has already empowered577 peopleto end their own hunger.
