EXCHANGE

We offer 100 days exchange for any full price merchandise that does not suit you. Exchanges can only be completed if the returned merchandise is in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice.

 

REFUNDS

You have the right to return any full price merchandise that does not suit you and request a refund within 15 days.

Refunds for returned merchandise will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice.

When returns are properly completed, we will reimburse the price of the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days upon reception of the returned merchandise. The return postage and any customs fees will be at your charge.

PRODUCTS ON SALE

Merchandise on sale (products sold at a discounted price) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless in case of faulty products.

 

SHIPPING & CUSTOM DUTIES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping your initial order (when free shipping applies) will be deducted from your refund. All import/export fees (if applicable) will run at customers' costs.

We recommend that you use a shipping method that offers tracking. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned merchandise when using standard shipping methods.
