Q: How much does it cost to ship?

Switzerland: CHF 7.00 or free shipping for order of CHF 50.00 or above.
Europe: CHF 19.00 or free shipping for orders of CHF 100.00 or above.
Rest of the World: CHF 26.00 or free shipping for orders of CHF 150.00 or above.

 

Q: When is my ordered shipped?

We do our best to ship orders on the next business day after receiving it.

 

Q: How is my order shipped?

We ship all our orders in full and in one unique package. We advise our customers to check the contents of parcel and let us know as soon as possible if there is any missing items. Parcels addressed to other countries than Switzerland are insured agains theft, lost and/or damage. In such cases, you will need to contact your local post office directly.
